Insurance Accepted
We are in-network with many major insurance providers and regularly work with a wide range of plans. Because coverage varies by policy, we are happy to help you understand your specific benefits before your first appointment.
Our team can help you:
✔️ Verify your mental health benefits
✔️ Estimate your out-of-pocket costs
✔️ Understand deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
✔️ Answer questions about using insurance for therapy
If you don’t see your insurance listed or aren’t sure about coverage, reach out — we are glad to help.
In-network providers include:
Aetna
Blue Cross
Blue Shield
Carelon/Beacon
Cigna
Magellan
United Health Care
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement.
We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. While reimbursement rates vary by plan, many clients receive partial coverage for their sessions
Private Pay Options
Some clients choose not to use insurance for reasons such as privacy, flexibility, or because their plan does not include mental health benefits. We offer private-pay sessions with transparent rates, so you always know what to expect.
Reduced-fee (sliding scale) sessions may be available based on financial need and clinician availability. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your options.
Why We Talk About Costs Upfront
We believe financial clarity is part of creating a safe and supportive therapy experience. Before you begin services, you’ll have a clear understanding of:
Your estimated session cost
Insurance coverage details
Payment expectations
No surprises — just clear information so you can make the best decision for yourself.
