Who I Work With:

I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals heal and grow into the most authentic and fulfilled version of themselves. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or seeking a deeper understanding of who you are, I’m here to offer support, insight, coping skills, psychoeducation, and a safe, judgment-free space to explore it all.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and flexible—I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I most often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Feminist Theory, and Psychodynamic Theory to help you build awareness, foster self-compassion, and move toward lasting change.

A little about me:

I work from a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens, with the goal of helping you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—especially if you’ve ever felt “too much” or “not enough.” I’m especially passionate about working with those who have felt misunderstood or overlooked in traditional systems—whether due to neurodivergence, identity, or chronic illness. You deserve to be seen and to have care that works for you.

Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence, and I’m not afraid to sit with the hard stuff—or celebrate the small victories. If you think we might be a good fit, don’t hesitate to reach out. I always look forward to meeting new clients and helping them along their journey!
