A little about me:
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working hard to gain experience, skill, and broaden my ability to help other people. I have been working in the mental health field for about ten years, and doing therapy specifically for two of them.
As a therapist, I believe that being solution-focused, thoughtful, and open-minded are the keys to effective therapy. The problems that cannot be solved by such a strong therapeutic relationship are few and far between.
My goal is to help as many people as I can, whether that be through therapy, counseling, or by simply being a trusted confidant.
If what I have said resonates with you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Outside of work I enjoy
Spending time with my wife and family
Reading
Going for walks
Brazilian Jiu Jutsu
