A little about me:

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I absolutely love this profession. I pride myself in having an empathetic, client-centered approach, working to help build your self awareness and resiliency. I want to invest time in creating a genuine therapeutic relationship so you can feel comfortable being yourself. I come from the viewpoint that therapy should be a comfortable place for you, like hanging out with a friend rather than getting stern instructions from a distant medical provider. We can achieve great things and make big strides in progress while being ourselves!

My goal is to create a safe place for you to learn more about yourself, create healthier habits and skills, and process through what has been haunting you. Life is full of ups and downs and by working together, we can discover some peace of mind, and improve the quality of your life.
