Who I Work With:
I work with individuals of all ages who are looking to better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, or find healthier ways to cope. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, creatively stuck, or just unsure where to start, I meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and a flexible approach. My clients are often drawn to media, creativity, or introspective exploration, but you don’t need to be an artist or gamer to feel at home here. If you’re open to trying something new—or just need space to be heard—I’m here for that.

A little about me:
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be exactly who you are, without fear of judgment. It’s a place for self-discovery, compassion, and growth. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel supported as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I’ve worked with children and adolescents in school settings, helping them navigate social and emotional challenges, as well as with adults in community mental health clinics, providing therapy for a variety of mental health concerns. These experiences have shown me the power of a non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
I’m an integrative therapist, drawing from a variety of approaches to find what works best for you. My specialties include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
While I’m here to support and guide you, I’m also not afraid to challenge you when needed. I can be direct and push you out of your comfort zone because I believe that’s how growth happens. Together, we’ll work to help you move forward with a sense of understanding, empowerment, and self-compassion.
