Who I Work With:
I work with people who feel alone, and those who are ready to take an honest look at their lives and make meaningful changes. Many of the clients I see are feeling stuck—whether it's in their relationships, their mindset, or the daily patterns that no longer serve them. They sense that something needs to shift, even if they’re not quite sure what or how yet. I’m here to help you navigate those difficult moments and remind you that you don’t have to go through them alone. In our work together, we’ll explore where your thoughts and feelings come from, how your childhood experiences have shaped you, and how small, intentional changes can create lasting growth. I often incorporate mindfulness into our sessions, helping you build awareness and stay grounded as you move forward with clarity and purpose.

A little about me:
As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, my primary focus is to foster a safe and supportive environment, encourage self-awareness and personal growth, and work collaboratively with clients to create positive change. I’ve always been fascinated by how we handle life’s challenges and how we can grow from them. Early on, I saw how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen with empathy and help make sense of difficult moments. That experience sparked my desire to become a therapist—to be that person who supports others during tough times. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
I know how important it is to feel genuinely seen and understood, and I’m here to create that space for you. I’ll listen without judgment and make sure I fully understand what you’re going through. I ask questions to dig deeper and reflect what I hear, so you’ll know I’m right there with you. My goal is for you to feel validated and respected, and if something ever feels off, I encourage you to let me know so I can make sure we’re on the same page.I will incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, depending on what best fits your needs. If any of these don’t resonate with you, we can always explore other approaches that might work better for you!
We’ll move at your pace, and I’m always transparent with the process, goals, and any hurdles that come up. For me, building trust means showing up for you without judgment and genuinely caring about your well-being. Our work together will be a partnership, where we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences honestly. If something isn’t working, don’t hesitate to speak up—I’m all for adjusting as needed. Most importantly, this is a safe space where you are valued, heard, and respected for exactly who you are.
