A little about me:
I began my career supporting individuals and families through trauma and crisis, working in the biohazard field responding to suicides, homicides, and other critical incidents. That experience deepened my understanding of trauma, grief, and the need for compassionate care—and ultimately led me to pursue a second Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have worked in a range of community and school-based settings, providing therapy to teens, adults, couples, and families navigating grief, fertility loss, life transitions, anxiety, and strained relationships. I also bring a deep respect for the unique challenges that come with identity exploration and the nonlinear, beautiful process of becoming.
I use a collaborative and curious approach, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and attachment-based work. I believe clients are the experts of their lives, and that I am not here to "fix" you, I am here to walk alongside and challenge what I already know is inside of my clients. I value warmth, humor, and creating a space where people feel safe to show up exactly as they are. I show up as a real person in the room—curious, compassionate, and ready to meet you where you are at with whatever you're facing. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families to explore life transitions, grief, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and identity questions. My style is collaborative and supportive, blending evidence-based tools like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and attachment work with a deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to feel more like yourself again, I'm here to help you make sense of things and move forward at your own pace.
