A little about me:
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in depth work. My clients typically appreciate the humor and compassion I bring to sessions and I find that taking the time to build relationships with my clients creates the conditions necessary for effective perspective to be gained and for lasting impact. If you’re hoping for a quick solution, clear-cut advice, or a clinical and impersonal style of therapist, I may not be the best match. If however, you are hoping to gain deeper insight, greater self-compassion, and more meaningful relationships - with yourself and others - through a warm, relational approach rooted in curiosity and connection, I could be a good fit.
