My goal is to create a supportive space for anyone who is open to exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences—whether you are feeling ready to dive in or just beginning to consider what change might look like. I believe in working collaboratively, meeting you where you are, and moving at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.

A little about me:
My approach as a clinician is rooted in creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported in your healing process. Together we will work collaboratively to explore your patterns and strengths, discover opportunities for change, and create a path to move forward.
With a background in social work, I bring a holistic, person-in-environment perspective to the therapeutic space. This training allows me to understand not just individual experiences, but also how larger systems—like community, culture, and policy—can impact mental health and well-being. My social work foundation also reinforces the importance of dignity, equity, and advocacy in the work I do. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where all clients feel respected, valued, and supported in showing up as their full, authentic selves.
I’m adaptable in my therapeutic approach and draw from a range of evidence-based practices—including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals.
It’s vital for me as a therapist to acknowledge the systemic barriers, traumas, and stressors that shape people’s lives. I strive to meet individuals wherever they are—free of judgment and with unwavering compassion—so that therapy becomes a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for exploration and healing.
