Outside of work I enjoy
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me reconnecting with nature, hanging with my dog, eating a good meal, or spending quality time with the people I love. Staying physically active is an important part of my self-care. I find joy in movement, whether it’s a scenic hike, a rejuvenating hot yoga class, or the energy of a group fitness session. These moments help me stay grounded, inspired, and aligned with the values of balance, wellness, and connection that I also bring into the therapy space.
A little about me:
I am a recent master's graduate in counseling and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves. While I am still early in my professional journey, I bring a strong foundation in empathy, openness, and a genuine desire to learn. I approach therapy from a place of curiosity and compassion, embracing the not-knowing as a space for discovery and connection. I believe in being an inclusive therapist, honoring the diverse backgrounds and lived experiences each client brings. I see therapy as a collaborative process and strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported every step of the way.
